not at all infact with your height and your weight i think you could be a model have you ever thought about that because alot of models are your weight and some are your height so girl you are way to far from being over weight, just think in a couple of years you'll be about 6ft tall and that's exactly what magazines are looking for, i honestly believe you could be a model as long as u have the look.

You may be underweight, actually, and you are certainly not overweight. At your height, a healthy weight for an adult (over 18) would be minimum 135 lbs. You are likely still filling out, so that's probably nothing to worry about. Remember that being underweight can carry health risks, just like being overweight can, so don't be worried if your weight goes up a little as you get older. As your body changes it will naturally fill out. To have a healthy BMI (20-25), an adult over 18 of your height should weigh between 135 and 172 lbs.

Gosh I would hope not! At 5'9 120 is about what you should weigh. Don't get obsessive about weight at your age, it will only go down hill from here. If your Dr thinks you are healthy that is the most important thing! You are still growing and your body is changing, don't fall prey to all the hang ups on weight.

There is such a thing called BMI, the body mass index. Refer to the deparment of health and human services. Your BMI is 17.7, which places you at 13% deviation from the average weight of a 16 yr old girl in the US. At your present state, the boundaries of underweight is 110lbs and overweight being 170lbs.

Ask your doctor. I actually think you are severely underweight because I'm 5'7" and 128 is the lowest healthy body weight for me according to my doctor's chart.

But as long as you have energy and you are eating according to the revised food pyramid, you should be just fine.

If you think you are overweight with the height and weight you listed, then you may want to read some information on anorexia and discuss this with your doctor.

The total amount of lean (non-fat) parts of the body, including muscle for your age and height is 79 lbs. You`re supposed to weight anywhere betweem 79-108 lbs I would say would be normal. You are pretty tall, so just about 10 lbs overweight.

No, Because I'm 5'3 14 and weigh the same and I'm nowhere near overweight. I'm actually really skinny ( with curves ^.^). Plus, You're at the 18th percentile on the BMI so you're fine So basically you weigh less than 82% of people your age and sex.

Most women think they are overweight. My sister is 6' tall and weighs 180 pounds. She is not fat. How is your shape? Are you flabby or are you firm? Don't look to the scales for an answer. Look at your body.

Well check your BMI and go to my Pyramid, for you it may or may not be - it is different for everyone else because some people have a lot of muscle and little (Muscle weights a whole lot more than fat.) and bone structure. You should not be worried as long as you have a good healthy lifestyle and do not smoke or do illegal drugs.
