OK, here is a heart attack waiting to happen.....1 can of artichoke hearts(drained)
1 cup of mayo
mix with your fingers, making sure the artichoke hearts break up.
put into a 9" pie dish (glass) and into oven @ 350 until the edges start to brown slightly.
serve hot with crackers as an appetizer/snack!

It really depends on what I'm in the mood for, but usually I have something like cookies or toast with peanut butter. Sometimes, I'll have quesadillas made in the microwave, and sometimes I don't feel like having anything at all.
I think today I'll either have watermelon or strawberries.... or both!

for a quick snack... vegetable thin crackers with cream cheese... highly addictive, amongst being high in fat!~
