loosing wieght to fast is not at all healthy, the best way to loose weight is to eat right and exercise daily, if you cant seem to shed the pounds that way try talkign to your doctor, they can usually find a diet that is right for you.

The answer is you can't, at least not safely! If you eat well and exercise you will notice a difference. It is a slow process indeed. It needs to become a lifestyle, that is the only way you will maintain it. Trust me, eating healthy and running and stuff sucks for the first month, but if you can tough through that first month, you start to love it! hope that helps!

Cut your calories to 1200 a day and stop eating foods that make you fat... Its that easy... oh yeah and lots of exercise...
