I am 5'7 175 pounds. i am in shape other than my pooch of a stomach. I had a baby boy 5 months ago...what exercises ar good at targeting my midsection? I am defintely heavier with the 2nd after i gave birth than i was with the first. I need some quick easy excersies as my son is very demanding and high matience. also, what is quick and easy to eat while on this diet?

i will be working out at a gym in august when my daughter goes back to school full time. how are daycares at a gym? I am worried about putting my 5 month old in one. He is so demanding

Try to incorporate these:

1. Low fat, high fiber diet w/lots of water.

2. Abdominal excercises. Make sure you hit all angles.

3. Pilates/Yoga

Reverse sit ups...pilates in general. Check my source list for info on Pilates. You can get cheap little DVDs to get started.

you could do stomach crunches while watching the kids or tv.
