Let's see... Be friendly, but not obvious. If you go talk to him like it's no big deal then it won't be. Don't openly flirt, but be cute, fun, and friendly. It's kind of juvenile but if you don't act too obvious about it, you can time walking to class so your walking near eachother. Before you go to that class do a locker mirror check to make sure you look good. Use middle school tactics that you may have abandoned ages ago, because they really work better than we think they do. Once you impress him, he'll become the pursuer.

Become friends with him....................just show him kindness yet keep yourself at a distance. He'll like that he can talk to you but that you don't expect anything. Friendship is a NECESSARY foundation. Once your gave gained a bit of his trust, that is when you begin the flirting. lol do nice things for him, listen to his interests, find at least one you can get down with. don't forget to show him some stuff your are interested in.........I could go on forever but the simple jist is that you need to be his friend before you can be his girl.

be confident, put yourself out there, introduce yourself to everybody because once you're known by everybody, he would notice you, then you will not appear to be in need of a boyfriend but a confident girl who all guys want to be with.
