They are removable and interchangable on a collar for both dogs and cats. If sold in packs of three, including the collar what would you pay for them?

$15

Put them on eBay and see by auction what the public will pay.
Selling on ebay is fun. i used to sell fancy collars there and they did real well.

There are a few things I would have to consider. What type of collar? Leather? Canvas? A clip collar or an actual buckle collar? Also, are we talking a large dog or a small cat/dog? Just trying to play devils advocate here, sorry. If it were a clip collar for an average to midsized dog I'd pay anywhere from 15 to 25 bucks.

I don't think I'd buy those for my dog when I could just use a $1 regular badana, but if I would I'd say around $5

In that case, probably no more than $3 since you can go to your local fabric store & get a small piece of fabric like scraps from previously cut fabric & make your own
