I'm originally from the Russian Federation; so, you've probably never heard of mine: miasnaia selianka. It's a Russian soup with beef, all sorts of vegetables, and a lot of herbs and spices. I also like rybnaia selianka which substitutes fish for the beef of miasnaia selianka.
Russians sure know their spicy food too! My mother always made both selianka, and she made hrin which is mostly horseradish with a few beets and some vinegar and sugar that have been blended. We used it almost like jam on breads or as a sauce on other stuff too, but I didn't really like it, and I much prefer strawberry jam to hrin!

Spicy food first comes to mind is a good curry. I love caribbean foods because every meat or fish is marinated first in spices. I like Mexican too. All on an even keel
