It bothers after a couple of hours! If you drink water though it won't bother as much. But if you ignore the hunger pains you slow down your metabolism so that when you do eat after a fast, the food doesn't metabolize as fast so you are actually making yourself fatter. That's why they say 5 smaller meals a day are better than 3 big ones, because it speeds up your metabolism. So don't skip meals people because your doing more harm to your body than good!

if you ignore hunger pains and do not eat at all, the pains subside after about 7 or 8 hours but will only be replaced by other problems like exhaustion, dizziness and fainting. Obviously, if you still do not eat you will eventually die.

Hunger pains are the body's first sign that it is low on necessary fuel. If you ignore them, then the second stage kicks in and the body starts to break down.

At first it takes longer, but as you get used to it, it gets shorter. For example I have been battling with hunger for about 4 years, every night and now it goes away in about 2 hours. The trick is strong will at the beginning, until your body gets used to the sensation. And think of something else, get busy and good luck!

I really only lasts a couple of hours. It's not too bad. Once you are over that hump, no problem. I have experience fasting for a few days at a time. I was not hungry.

ive never done a fast, however i can honestly tell you that as long as your body needs food, it will keep telling you. your body doesnt understand that you think youre fat, or that you are fasting for religious reasons, etc. just eat something and then the hunger will cease.

They'll actually increase until you eat. When you sleep you might not notice, and if you get very good at ignoring them they won't bother you as much, but the pain won't leave until you fix the problem.

Like 5-15 minutes after you get used to a few. It's not biggie. Americans overeat anyway... it's not healthy to eat until you're full and don't feel hungry at all.

HUNGER PAINS WILL COME AND GO UNTIL YOUR BODY WILL GET USED TO THE CONDITION . USUALLY ABOUT ADAY OR A FEW HOURS DEPENDING ON YOUR BODY . IF YOU FAST FOR A FEW DAYS IN A ROW THEN YOU WILL FEEL NOTHING AND FEEL AS IF YOU
