No amount of exercise or dieting will cause a reduction in fat and increase in muscle tone in the amount of time. It will take you at least as long to take the fat off as it did for you to put it on. Keep that in mind when you are looking for "miracle" cures or advice for cosmetic purposes.

Try running 30 minutes a day for a whole month and see if that has made any improvement.

Read the recommendations below. Also, go to the book store and locate the book "Weight Training for Dummies". In chapter 15 you will find excellent information on how to perform abdominal exercises correctly. Page 218 of the book dispels all the myths surrounding abdominal training.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

I don't think you can get them completely flat in a week, but if you do a tae-bo excersize video for 45 mins twice a day, you will see a major difference within a week.

You can take a ton of Clenbuterol & DNP and run for hours and hours. Clenbuterol is anti-catabolic and will ensure that you are burning only fat during your marathon of cardio and DNP is known to be anti-catabolic as well.

Other than putting drugs in your body and risking death, you can start a proper diet and exercise regime and just be in shape for the next go round.
