yes definately! my parents do it all the time! they buy the discount yougurt at the store and then bring it home and freeze it... its perfectly fine. here is an idea... stab a popsicle stick through the top before you freeze them, then when you take them out to eat them, let them sit for 5 mins to lets some of the outside layers melt... and then pull it out of the container and eat it like a popsicle! mmm... very yummy... kids love it! or you can simply just leave it as is... just be sure to let it sit for 10 to 15 mins before eating...

I haven't actually frozen yogurt, which is a little different than the frozen yogurt you buy at an ice cream stand (from what I can tell). If they're going bad, and you can't eat them, I say freeze what's left and experiment. Next time, you will know proper preparations.

It's okay to freeze yogurt, however it won't be as smooth and creamy as yogurt fresh from the refrigerator. The yogurt may undergo some changes in texture and/or taste.
You may want to freeze a couple of tablespoons of yogurt in small cup tonight and taste it in the morning. If you don't mind the difference, then freeze all of your cups. Otherwise, eat up! :o)

Yes you can freeze yogurt. If they have fruit on the bottom I shake the container to mix ever thing. Also, let them thaw a little bit makes the yogurt easy to eat.

Can DANNON Yogurt Be Frozen? It’s okay to freeze yogurt overnight to pack in a lunch for the following day. However, it won’t be as smooth and creamy as yogurt fresh from the refrigerator. The yogurt may undergo some changes in texture and/or taste. Because some individuals do not find these changes to their liking, it is recommended that you “test freeze” a couple of tablespoons in a small cup before freezing alarge quantity. When freezing DANNON Fruit-on-the-Bottom Yogurt, be sure to stir before freezing for the best results. Some parents like to freeze DANNON DANIMALS after pushing a small “popsicle” stick through the lid to make a fun snack for kids. Our products retain their very best quality until the date stamped on the container, the“sell by” date (the last day the container can be sold by the retailer). When properly refrigerated, our yogurt will remain fresh for seven days beyond that date.

Freezing Yogurt
Package in freezer containers. Seal and freeze. The fruit and sugar in flavored yogurt help to preserve and stabilize the yogurt. When thawed it may taste more acidic. (Note: Commercially frozen yogurt and soft-serve frozen yogurt have a different texture than home frozen
yogurt.)

RE:
Can you freeze yogurt?
I have several 4oz cups of yogurt that are going to go bad b/c I cannot possibly eat all of them in 3 days? Can they be frozen and eaten as a "frozen yogurt" treat?
