Your next language should be from a culture that excites you. Are you learning for the sake of interacting with people or for the challenge. Are there places you see yourself in anytime soon. If your doing it to improve your resume, japanese or chinese. French is beautiful, it'd be easy to conquer since the structure of it resembles spanish. The options depend on your motive for learning.

Arabic and Chinese are indeed the next "hot" languages, and they would be a challenge for a native English speaker, but now that you've got Spanish down pat, other Romance languages (French, Italian, Portuguese and even Romanian) will be really easy to learn - there are lots of similarities.

I enjoyed learning Japanese. And a knowledge in Spanish helped me in my class. The sounds are very similar. When written out, Japanese vowel sounds are just like Spanish.
And if you are accustomed to Western speech, you may get a kick out of the challenge of learning Japanese. While Spanish, German, and French are foreign languages, they follow roughly the same rules in terms of verb placement (noun-adjective placement does vary). In Japanese, it's quite different. Imagine speaking all your sentences where the last word is a verb.
I found it very interesting, and I wish I had the time to continue studying the language. I fell out of practice.

Well for you being Venezuelan It's strange that you had to learn spanish. Anyway I would recommend Italian or Portuguese they are similar to it and have less grammatical tenses than spanish. By the way I grew up in VZLA.

Learn an Asian language, such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, or even Korean. It'll be hard, but challenges make it worthwile. You could even try and make friends who speak the new language you're learning.
And a side note: Spanish and Japanese sound NOTHING alike.

You should probably learn Mandarin Chinese. A lot of schools are offering it now due to China's booming economy and forecasted impact on global commerce. But if you're lazy just sit around and do nothing.
