From what my mom tells me, my grandfather was half white and mixed with indian, my mom and my grandma claim that she's just black, but her hair is textured different from blacks, her eyes look asian, and her face dosen't even look like she's 100% black. so they have me wondering if we could be of any Asian or hispanic decent.

There is a possibility. I am also of the same mix.
My maternal grandfather was half white, half Cherokee. My maternal grandmother was half black, half Blackfoot.
There were hispanic Indians: The Mayans, and The Aztecs.
So there is a good possibility that you are descended from one of those tribes.
Because of my mixed heritage, I have about four different textures of hair. But I'm still proud of my Indian heritage. Think of it. When we used to sing This is My Country, we really meant it.
If you are descended from hispanic origin, it doesn't necessarily mean Puerto Rican, it could mean Mexican as well.

No, Puerto Rican means your ancestors are from Puerto Rico. Of Puerto Rican descent. I'm half Puerto Rican. My dad was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He's of Puerto Rican Descent!

Depends on if any of your ancestors are Puerto Rican. Of course, it's kinda hard to find out your family tree if half of your family was subjugated and enslaved for a long period of time.
