Doesn't the Qu'ran revere and honor Mary, the Mother of God?
How does the faith in Jesus Christ for Christians compare to that of Muslims, Messianic Jews, or any other faith that confesses Christ is the Messiah?

The Quran acknowledges Jesus as a prophet of the one God- not the son of God or God himself, just a human prophet who was born from the Virgin Mary. Muslims regard Jesus as one of the most important prophets, in fact, as they do Moses and Abraham as well.

Qu'ran honors Mary and Jesus. Jesus is just a prophet in Islam not the savior or the son of God.

They acknowledge his existence, but deny His Deity.
Furthermore, I think 1John 2:22 applies to their line of thinking.

Not that I know of. I think it just says or makes note of him being a good prophet and stops right there.
