first, plug your camera into your computer. then go to my computer and select your camera. then go to the folder where your picture is. drag the picture to your desktop. to send a picture to your phone, first send a message to your e-mail from your phone. it can be any thing, you can just say "hello". then open that e-mail from your computer and add the picture to a reply. reply to the message and your picture will go to your phone,

You will need an external card reader for your computer. Using that you can take out your digital storage card from your camera (SD, XD, Memory Stick ...) and put in the reader and transfer the pictures to the computer. Now you will need another cable that connects your phone to your computer (it can be purchased from your cell phone representative for $10-30). Using this just drag and drop the picture from the computer to the phone.
