I had one done 10 years ago, top next to middle, it was £450.00 then - so sounds cheap comparatively. Still flamming expensive I grant you. Anyway, I could not afford it, so he repaired my middle crown. After it broke twice more, he applied to the NHS as a non-cosmetic fix - I had to pay the first £250.00 and the NHS paid the rest. Good luck.

Make enquiries about Denplan this you can pay by direct debit and covers most of your treatment for a monthly fee. You can join when you need treatment as my friend did. Also get a quote for private treatment as recently on here someone said he was quoted cheaper for private than NHS. I know it was awhile ago I had mine done but it was on NHS so only the price must have changed. You could try for a quote from another dentist.Phone NHS direct for a list of NHS ones or look in the phone book for private.
