The losss of a reflex or diminished reflex is due to what is known as a lower motor neurone problem. This means that the nerves between the muscles that contract during the reflex and the spinal cord are interupted. One exmple of this might be when a nerve is severed like in a motorcycle accident when the cyclists arm is hurt. The nerves are interupted before the go into the spinal cord, and there are no reflexes in the arm due to this.
Tremors can be caused by a varity of things that are far far too detailed and numerous to put down here.
However, you do describe a pattern that could be explained by something such as Parkinsons disease. Now this is most unlikely in a young perrson, but nevertheless could happen. In Parkinsons, one side of the body is affeected with tremors more than the other side. There is also reduced or absent reflexes.
Therefore, if there is concern about these symtoms then you should go see a neurologist who can advise you on the true meaning of your symptoms. No one in thier right mind would give a patient a diagnosis without a full medical history and an examination.
