First of all if he went back to her after messing with you again then that means while he was away from her he used you. You shouldnt even want him back if he is back with her after you trusted him again and thought yall might get back to gether. As far as the affair goes, it was probably fun for him and heartbreaking for you. He doesnt know what he wants but in the meantime he has both of yall and that is kinda nasty especially if he is sleeping with both of you which he probably is. He says to you bad things about her what do you think he says about you.. Get strong and get rid of him you are too special to let someone use you like a yoyo, there are plenty of fish in the sea Go Fishing and find a new man that know what he wants.

Well she can't be to bad if he went back to her.

No, he is using you for sex, and you know it. The reason you cant keep away from one another is you are connected through the sexual act and 'part of you' is with him and vice-versa (Bible, God's word is always right). That is why it is unwise to have a sexual relationship before marriage (Genesis, chapter 3)
