all they do for an abcess is make a very small incision and drain it, it doesnt take much cutting at all, and they always sew it up. It heals pretty fast. On the other hand getting your tooth out , thats perminent and it is more painfull. Plus then you have to spend a whole bunch of money on a bridge or denture. If your dentist is any good, they will always try to save a tooth. trust me the incission is a way to go, get the tooth out only if there is no possibility of saving it.

I have had 12 teeth out, 10 at the same time, and the other 2 2 years apart. Imagine that!!
Have the teeth out, it is less pain and you could always get a fake, brand new tooth!!
They make it numb first, trust me.
Although I did cry.
No!! That's not acctually very comforting.
Anyway, bye.

It is always better to keep the tooth. Having a tooth removed will cause your other teeth to shift over time. Get it cleaned. I have had teeth removed and believe me I made a mistake. Makes you look ugly too.

Ask about a root canal. I had an abcess on my front tooth and not wanting to lose it my dentist done a root canal. Not painfull at all.
Good luck

Have the gums cut. Better to save the tooth if you can, and in the long run, I think that you'll be happier that you kept the tooth.

I know that it sounds gross, but you should be given some sort of shot so you won't feel it, and once it's over, you'll still have the tooth.

Love as always,

Sebastian

having the tooth out should not be an option which you should entertain, because nothing man made can replace what is natural 100% it can come close but never 100%.

your tooth is better off in your mouth than in the dentists bin

Just get your gum cut, and stop being a wimp! It'll be better to have pain momentarily, than be without your front tooth for the rest of your life.

Maybe you can ask to be put under anaesthetic. Next time, brush your teeth AND gums.

Get the dentist to suck the infection out with his fangs via the neck.
Dont be shy to ask they have no pride whatsoever.
