no, this is just a phrase of speech...probably becaue cats seem to get in the strangest situations and live through them
I know...I don't think the correct term is "phrase of speech" but my mind drew a blank all the sudden...

No - it's a figure of speech for the ways cats seem to get out of almost impossible situations!

No they don't really it's just a saying people say. But sometimes it makes you wonder, with all the close calls they can have in one day!
Cats are beautiful animals that provide us with loads of entertainment and companionship and friendship.
