Because if everyone was looked upon as equal,then those who are superficial won't have anyone to thumb their noses at.Its those people who keep the race issues alive.

Not helping others doesn't necessarily mean you have to have a boring life. I think that as long as you don't stand in the way of another's equality, that is usuallly sufficient. Most people have avenues of access to pursue their own equality. They don't need me to help them.
And your question is too vague. What does "help one another be equal" really mean? How can I help another be equal? All I can do is believe all people should have the same rights and protections. And who, exactly, isn't equal? And what do you mean by equal? That everybody is exactly the same? Or that everybody should have equal rights under the law? Or that a person should treat everyone with equal respect?

Gods loves us all . But Equality can only work where every thing is in common , that would be Communism. And if one did not work they would not eat. there would be a lot of hungry people. But it is true ,there is to much ,
this society needs help with, for any one to be bored. so to me bored is just a Teen age word for lazy. They need to have a job.

I think that some people are afraid of seeing what others live like and are afraid they may feel guilty about how much they have, but if we would all give a little of our time or our possesions we would be better people, no matter what it is we give, we will be blessed in the eyes of the Lord.
