In our family everyone has a job and can never find time... so we have Sunday dinner together... its not much but a start....

Say hey mom and dad we need to spend more time with each other!
Invite to dinners or have a family night sit and talk with them.
I do know where everyone went wrong with being able to talk to people now days.
I'm not just saying that towards you its every question on here people are asking how do i say this to her or how can i do this.
ITS SIMPLE TALK!!!

I have the same problem.I have a brother that i always have to call to see if i can go visit and he makes excuses of reasons y he cant come to me.I say if they are true family they would stay in touch. My situation i have decided to get on with my own life and let them contact me.Yes i miss my brother and my mother but if they wont make the effort when i have then i say fine and move on cos i have children to care its their loss if they dont talk.

Try doing family outings...Once a week or every few weeks go out and do something fun
