You are Absolutely right. That Bible is complete. There are no lost books. It is the Truth from the beginning, to the end. Jesus is the Living word, and the Bible is the true written word. I believe them both.

Well, what about the unicorns? Did you know that the OT mentions unicorns in the KJV?

Every translation has problems, but God's word is meant for us to live a good life. Translation issues certainly aren't any kind of reason to neglect reading the Bible.

Oh this begs so many arguements - like the fact that God didn't write the bible, MAN wrote the bible, and even if man were devinely inspired, does that mean that there are no mistakes?

it's adocumented fact that there are contradictions (read: mistakes) in the bible, regardless of version. Go with the inspired word of god and choose that which makes the most influence on you.

Really is that why Romans 7:7 says I didn't know of sin without the law but yet God condemned the world as wicked / sinful in the flood Genesis 6:7

Then God asked Lot to find ten righteous. HOW DO YOU FIND ANY WITHOUT A STANDARD BY WHICH TO MEASURE WHAT IS GOOD AND WHAT IS EVIL!

Now, you see, this tells me that you do not know what you are talking about. It says Every word of God is pure- not every word written about God's world. The Bible is not a compilation of words of God but instead is full of writings and stories that help us to learn about Him.

Do some research. I mean real research. Get into the original greek and hebrew.

Not only is the translation into english extremely flawed, the Textus Receptus from which it was translated is full of spurious added texts that were not part of the original scriptures.

If that's what you believe, fine, but I believe it to be full of errors and distortions. It is a storybook, made entertaining so that the message would carry on. Why would you make such a statement if you didn't want controversy?

The entire book (KJV) is a farce. Why would someone read a religious book that was revised by someone who slept with their mother?
