lol It means a person who talks very dirty... it's not a good thing. If you are being perverted it means you are talking about sexual things.

i haven't seen that in the bibl,i have seen lech though,i think that is an older person who takes advantage of a gullable young virgin without marrying her,other man made words which i don't know if are legal terms that are likened to that are scoundrel,knave,cad,etc..etc...i do not know if pervert is a legal term,dictionary term is,to turn away from the right course,to lead away morally,to lead into mental error or false judgment,to bring over to a religious belief that is regarded as false or wrong,to turn to an improper use,misapply,to misconstrue or misinterpret esp. deleberately;distort i.e. to pervert someones statement,to bring into less exellent state,debase, if a person threw a beer in a crowd he would probably hit one,maybe even himself :)
