There seem to be several questions there.
1) There's no getting away from the fact that most girls do find sex painful the first time - often the first few times.
2) Don't imagine that the guy you lose your cherry to will stay with you forever - and would you really want that? If every virgin I'd boffed had made me stay with her, I'd have more wives than a Mormon!
3) If he doesn't like your body, what's he doing bonking you in the firts place? I suppose there are guys who will shag any fat old minger, but most have some self-respect. Keep your body as trim as possible and you'll be alright!

Okay- there are 4 important things you have to know regarding this question.
#1- Don't worry about it hurting. It does hurt, but it's nothing to worry about. I was really scared of that for a long time, and yes, it's a little painful, but I've experienced things a million times worse! And after a couple times it's well worth it.
#2- Your boyfriend will love your body- trust me. Guys are just so happy to have sex, they only notice the good things during sex.
#3- You sound kinda young, make sure you don't do it until your ready, don't do it to please your boyfriend. If he loves you, he'll wait.
#4- Please oh please use protection. It's not a matter of getting pregnant even, it's a matter of life and death. You DO NOT want to catch an STD, that will be a VERY PAINFUL experience if you do.

In answer to the initial question, it doesn't hurt _a lot_, but it will probably hurt. Kind of like getting your ears pierced, I'm told (I'm a guy, so I'll take the ladies' word for it).
Now, that's the physical pain. The emotional pain comes later if you chose the wrong person to gift with your virginity. And yes, I said gift. If he doesn't see it that way, he's the wrong guy. You are a gift, and that gift should only be unwrapped by someone who will be properly appreciative.

Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't. If a woman's hymen (thin layer of skin inside of the vagina) is already broken then it does not hurt as much. If you are not properly lubricated then it can also feel uncomfortable. Hopefully you will lose your virginity to someone you love so they will love you AND your body and will not leave you afterwards.

If you're worried about this, you're probably too young to be having sex.
No, it does not hurt if the person on the other end knows what he's doing.
If he thinks your body is ugly then he's not good enough for you. No matter how fat or skinny you are, the person you're with should like everything about you.

It's because the hymen tears, but it usually does so if you use tampons and do a lot of intense sports, supposedly. You can also feel pain because you're nervous, and your muscles aren't relaxed. Just tell him to take it slowly, if he appreciates you and what you two are doing at the moment, then he'll listen to you and be gentle.

It does hurt a lot, i wont lie, but i lost it to the guy i married and if you love him and he loves you it wont matter, it is the most amazing experience with the one you love. If he truely loves you, your body will be a bonus!

yes it hurts but maybe not you as bad as other people...everyones body is different...if the guy leaves you for that then he is shallow and a jerk find someone who doesn't care whats on the outside and will be easy with you

Its a strange feeling but if your relaxed and you want to do it,it should not hurt. Obviously there will be some feeling there but relax and make sure its what you want.xxx
