looking for anythink on how about settling in USA. i plan to retire there. my wife who is filipino has already a sister living there with her american husband.any info no matter how small will be appreciated

if your wife's sister is a us citizen, she can file for her sister to get a green card, and also file for you, but it takes a very long time.... if your sister-in-law is only a green card holder..... it will take a very very long time..... you would not be a priority... have them contact an immigration attorny and see what are the options!
