A snack... probably a fruit or vegetable is best... maybe a slice of cheese. It's better to eat several small meals daily anyway... as opposed to just the traditional three meals a day. Six small meals are far better for you.

If you are still in the morning mood, try some eggs Benedict and a muffin or bagel. More of a lunch mood? Try a nice salad and maybe some wheat crackers

Hi, have something that is light and healthy .Like salad or sprouts or nuts.... They are a gr8 source of energy and u can take in ur lunch @ the right time!! good time

Drink some water and just wait until lunch. It's not as if you'll die in a few short hours because you haven't been constantly stuffing your face.

A grilled cheese sandwich is always nice and it won't fill you up too much so you can still have a good lunch!
