Usually with depression you lose interest in things you once enjoyed doing. You may just be depressed. I know when I'm depressed I don't want to do anything but lay around and I really don't feel like doing that! I would seek something maybe therapy or talk to your doctor. You may need antidepressants.

ASk yourself why do you get up every morning, what are your desires, goals, hopes ? If you cant find a meaning to any of these then chances are you might want to consider it. Therapy doesnt mean you have to be in a stray jacket, foaming at the mouth, repeating all work and no play makes jack a dull boy. Therapy is to help you find out what is obstructing you from living a normal life wether its mental or emotional and overcome it.

are you sleeping a lot/not sleeping?
feeling sad most of the time?
medicating?
lacking interest in those things which you were once interested in?
isolating yourself?
avoiding friends and family?
having suicidal thoughts?
staring into space a lot?
sitting doing nothing for long periods of time?

If any or most of this applies, then you may be depressed.

I agree...if you ask the question it probably wouldn't hurt to see a therapist.
