When there is traffic coming from the 4th direction that does NOT have a stop sign? Once the flow from 4th direction is clear, who is supposed to go first? Is it in the order of when you stopped, or does traffic traveling straight have priority over someone turning left? Also, If a bus stops on a 4 lane road, going the opposite direction as you, are you required to stop? Not sure if the state matters, if so, Ohio. Thanks.

wave and give way to others.

OK....i live in ohio if memory serves No to the bus question cuz the bus goes up one side and back down the other to let kids off.
After traffic is clear the person going straight has the right of way oppsed to a person turning in either direction. if you all are turning then the person who approached sign first has right of way....hope this helps.

at a 3 or 4 way stop, naturally if one way does not have a stop sign they get the right of way. then you go in the order you arrived at the stop sign. if you pulled up at the same time, the person to the right of you has the right of way.

about your bus question, from what i think...if there is a median or divider in the road, the opposite direction doesn't have to stop. if there is not, i believe all ways must stop.

I'm pretty sure it counts as the same as when you all stop at the same time. so like straight would go first and then the person on the right and lastly the person turning left, etc.

on a four lane road, i believe youcan keep going. just not a 2 lane.

The first car there has right of way at the stops, the car to the right has it in case of tie. Unsure about all four lanes for school bus, believe they all stop though.

SUPPOSED to be the person to your right...but that's hardly ever the case..who's right are you supposed to go by, anyways? Every single time I face this dilemma, it's always in the order of who got there, so that's what I'm going to stick with...and I've lived in 7 states, including Ohio...
