My great-aunt had 12 kids and there were two sets of twins. Also, my oldest daughter was a twin (I miscarried the other one) and her dad and step-mom have a 17 month-old set of twin boys.

Well if you have twins you will only have two babies. If you mean how many sets of twins can you have there isnt a number. I saw on Discovery health channel one women who was pregant with her third set of twins. Its rare but it does happen that women often have pregancies of mulitple births

that depends on your genes or your mates genes. twins run rampad in my family but I've been the only ones to have them, unfortunitly my last 2 pregnancies were both twins but only 1 baby from both made it.

one set at a time as if you are carrying more than two babies its not twins.
