Whenever the Republican party is up to no good, and their handi-work is spotted, they attempt to distract the populace by inserting a "wedge issue". Immigration happens to be one of these.
Most people are like sheep: They follow whatever they are told, without question and without checking out the facts. (Karl Rove and the Republican Party are well aware of this fact and exploit it to the maximum!)
Somebody says that terrorist come up from Mexico and therefore it must be true. But no one stops to think of simple and obvious observations:
e.g Terrorist are aware that they must "sneak" into a country to perform their evil deeds. Do you think they will chose to infiltrate the United States through Mexico where there is a beefed up boarder patrol, the National Guard and the minutemen or will they choose Canada where the boarder is more porous?
Furthermore, terrorist do not want to leave a paper trail so they pay cash for everything and lay low. Yet the US government is checking phone records, bank records, libraries etc. It makes you wonder exactly who are they tracking? The terrorists? or us?

What people? This is a totally original idea I have never heard spoken of in the news, on line or the newspapers.
Do you not remember Timothy McVey and the Oklahoma Federal Building Bombing?
BTW: illegal immigrants are terrorizing our country daily; taking jobs from Americans, overcrowding schools, roads and hospitals and government systems for dole.

Some of the illegal aliens are terrorists.
Sometimes it is easier being a terrorist when you are in the country undocumented. (less chance of being cought)
Sometimes terrorist are citizens.
Really people like to generalize and apply terms they hear to unrelated news. I still can't believ how stupid it makes peolpe sound who believe the stated question!

Well this is America, the land of the most uneducated first world country...
A real terrorist in this country, the ones from middle east come here LEGALLY.....they have abundant resources and funding to come here legally.
