sometimes...depends on the type. you can get it off though by adding a tablespoon of baking soda, and just adding it to the shampoo in your hand. it gets it off and makes you hair shiny and lighter. (wieghtwise, not color)

Yes they do. Certain brands (Suave--VERY BAD FOR YOUR HAIR!!) contain a waxy cleaning substance...its cheaper than what is in professional shampoos hence Suave's low low price. Anyway, it contains a waxy cleaning substance that will most definetly leave a residue on your hair. I know, because I am a stylist and I used on Pro-products for the longest time, then I needed so save money so I went with the cheap stuff...Shampoo makes ALL the difference. You get what you pay for.

yes! but it depends on what shampoo are you using. it's like you are buying a shoes that fits for you. you should read the label first and ask your hair expert consultant which shampoo and conditioner realy suitable for your hair? Is that make any sense?

They can if you don't rinse your hair propery and thoroughly. You should make sure before you get out of the shower the your hair doesn't feel greasy ( but it can feel smooth) or soapy.
