There is actually a shampoo designed for just that, you may wnat to take a look at your local drug store to see if they carry it. The chlorine is causing your hair to turn green, there is a chemical in the shampoo that takes the chlorine out of your hair. My sister had to use it alot when we were younger.

Good luck~ and hey Green is a beautiful color!

Go to a salon and ask for a shampoo to get the green out of your hair from swimming. The shampoo they recommend will work and if you're worried, most all salons offer money back guarantee to put your mind at ease. Shampoo from a salon IS more expensive, but you use a small amount so it lasts a long time. And you probably won't pay any more than $15 for a bottle. Worth it in my opinion instead of spending $4 on something that won't work.

Once your hair has been damaged by chlorine, it is very hard to repair it quickly. The best thing is to use a good natural shampoo, followed by a good conditioner.

One method of preventing some of the negative effects of chlorine, is to wet your hair completely before getting into the pool. since your hair is already saturated with plain water, the chlorine water doesn't seep into your hair as badly.

First off the pool needs to be treated because it has a copper problem. People commonly think it's chlroine that does it but it's not. Also lemon juice helps get rid of the green

Use baking soda to wash your hair. I know it sounds gross, but it really works. happned to me plenty of times...mix some regular dish soap with baking soda and after a few rinses it will wear off. it may take a day or two to completely go away, but trust me, it works
