most businesses that do warehousing work with equipment like forklifts and order selectors will teach you how to safely operate them.
if you are doing this to try and get a job - start off in a retail business and try to get a position in their shipping/receiving department.

Get a job that requires you to learn. Most places that have lift truck prefer to train new drivers than to hire someone with (BAD) experience. And it's usually cheaper that way!
