dude first i thought you was just messin around on here but since this is somewhat a serious question i will try to help first take her out somewhere nice not to a mcdonalds or anything im talkin about $15 a piece then you gotta be all nice to her and tell her

Im assuming you no where she lives, So make a sign saying I LOVE YOU (HER NAME) WILL YOU BE MINE LOVE (YOUR NAME) and put in her front yard or at the end of her street or somewhere obvierse that she will deffinatly see it!.... or u could just tell her u love her! i no its easier said then done..So if you've got her number send her a sms telling her that you love her, or call her over the phone thats always easier then face to face! i sent a sms once to a guy i like i was just messing with my fone i didnt think i had credit and it sent! OMG HOW EMBARRASING he didnt tlak to me after that i was getting in good wif him till i sent it! BUT IF YOUR GIRL LIKE YOU TO SHE WILL REPLY WITH I LOVE YOU TOO ROMEO! :D

Start by telling her what you love about her, what great physical and personality qualities make her unique. See how she responds to that and then go for the "I love you"
