it's not me it's a friend of the family this happened to and there are 7 kids and 1 baby the baby was taken away from this lady that lives across the street because the lady with the other 7 kids called and said come and get the children or reported something false.

You could ask a representative as to the specific protocol for that, but I would imagine that if required conditions were met, you might be able to. However, I am sure a lot depends on the conditions under which such a department saw fit to remove the child from a home.

It is possible, you just have to do what is asked of you. Like anger management classes, drug awareness, parenting etc.......
If a false report was giving then she needs to get a lawyer or at least a witness that can back her up.
My brother's baby ma is in the same situation and this b i t c h loss her kids for good cause she wanted to get high.
So if she is serious about getting the baby back, let her know those people means business they do not play nor give slack. You f u ck up then you're f u cked basically.

if they removed an adoptive child from your care for reasons other than the birth family wanting the child back then you don't deserve to take care of that child. Clean up your act and learn how to parent correctly before you apply again.

now if the person that called made a false claim then that is up to you to prove otherwise and it shouldn't be a problem for you.

depends on why they took the child from you. You will have to follow their guidelines for a while, but if you really love this child then do what you have to.
