unhealthy diet will only make you fatter!!! you can only lose 1-2lbs a week if you want to be thin for a long time.
if you are on a crush diet try these:
1) dont eat carbs
2) drink lots of water. (not cold)
3) eat less fat less sugar and more protein
4) excercise a lot.
if you are so desperate try:
5) liposuction therapy
if you'e a psychotic try
6) NPO. nothing per orem. take IV fluids only for 3 months! harharhar! goodluck.

thats very unhealthy I did something like that, let me explain. You should have a healthy diet so you can lose about 2-4 pounds every week. So you can keep off the weight. I lost the weight too fast and right when I went back to my regular schedule I gained it all back and then some. It sounds like you want to lose a pound a day. You should just follow a diet plan (ediets.com) for example. and lose the weight slowly otherwise all of your hard work will be for nothing.

You really need to start exercising, or continue exercising. Cut out as many sugars as you can, except in natural fruits. Drink plenty of water. Eat lean foods like chicken breast and green vegetables. Control your portion size also. Don't do a diet in an unhealthy way because you will just gain it back. Here are some snack ideas: baby carrots, pretzels, string cheese.... good luck.

South Beach Diet........you will shed pounds, but the only way you are going to see the type of results you are looking for is a lot of cardio and a huge change in your diet......you need serious discipline!

Please don't do anything unhealthy. In 56 days, you can reasonably expect to lose 15 or so lbs, healthfully. If you do it any other way, you'll put it back on and then some. Work out and eat well! That's the only way to do it. If you take shortcuts, it will come back to haunt you later.

i have found the slim fast diet plan a good plan and it is easy to work with.there food is good and have better taste then some of the other diets i tryed.

you have to burn more calories than you consume to lose weight so try to go down to 1500 to 2000 calorie diet and just get to exercising. my favorite thing to do is running but if you hate running there are tons of different exercises you can do. good luck
