Drink lots of water daily (not very cold), eat green salad, rich fiber content meals, exercise/yoga or atleast walking for 30 minutes daily, avoid fine flour (Maida) products, desist heavy oily and spices food and keep balance of hot and cold beverages.

eat whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, good protein source, and consult a chinese medicine doctor, tha'ts their specialty. Be smart, if your stomach is upset, u obviously need to change your eating habits. For a flat stomach, eat right and exercise every now and then, but eating right is key. Sitting on your asss and wondering what to do doesn't help much either, get to it now. By the way, cow's milk is not the best thing for humans, try soy.

For stomach problems, I suggest and have used Benefiber and Digestive Advantage. It has helped my stomach greatly. You can purchase it at Walmart usually and it much cheaper than any other places of course unless it is on sale. It Walmart does not carry the Digestive Advantage Walgreens does have it. It does cost more. Let me know if it works.

well...you can never prevent it forever, but supposedly relacor will take care of it...I don't know for how long
