I'm very sorry to hear this. There is always going to be "I wish-I should of-could of", but there was nothing you could have done that would have changed the very sad outcome. Very sad things like this just happen for no rhyme or reason. God decided it was time to take your little girl and make her a beautiful angel to watch over you all from heaven. You probably froze because you knew what would happen if she got stung by a bee or hornet. She apparently was very allergic, the first few stings was probably all it took. I can't imagine the horror you and your family are going through. None of you need to blame yourselves for what happened. I will pray for you.Very sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry for your loss
It is not uncommon for a person to freeze when faced with this type of situation your wife was responding to the emergency so your brain shut down if she had not been there you would more than likely have responded so no hun I really do not believe that you could have saved her. You really should check into grief counseling before you lose the other people in your life because of the guilt and grief you are feeling

I'm so sorry about your loss! As for what you did, you didn't stand there on purpose, you were frozen, in disbelief i would assume. I'm not really sure what you could have done, it sounds like she must have been allergic to bees if her mother helped her and she is fine but the daughter didnt' make it. It could have been too late by the time the mother got to her. Don't beat yourself up, whats done is done and you can't change it. Bear the loss, grieve, but don't wrap yourself in guilt, remember, you still have 2 sons and a wife to take care of.

It's not your fault. It sounds like no matter what you might have been able to, it would not have saved her. Go get some counseling, it will help. All parents blame themselves when they lose a child. They all think what could I have done to save them, but most of the time, there really was nothing they could have done. Don't blame yourself, cherish the time you had with her and remember the happy times, they will help you deal with what has happened.
I am so sorry for your loss.

First, it's never your fault unless you murder them (which obviously you would never do to your daughter). Everybody goes through something like this in their lives- where someone they love dies and they wonder if they could've changed the course of fate, or possibly done something to prolong their life on earth. From what I've read, I don't think your daughter could've made it with your help. She probably had too much venom in her body to recover if medical help was around (since she was allergic).
I believe that God has a time clock for each of us, and nobody can change that. I hope you can accept the fact that it was never your fault and begin rebuilding with your wife and sons. Good luck to you.

THERE WAS NOTHING YOU COULD HAVE DONE! Your baby was alergic to bees. The poision was already in her blood and no matter if you froze or not, she would have past.
Do not beat yourself up about not knowing what to do. I myself find that I am useless in emergency situations. Sometimes we just dont think, our mind is going in a thousand different directions. Just know that your daughter is in a better place and when the lord calls there's nothing anyone can do.
I hope you find the peace that you deserve!

There was nothing you could do...Trust me when i say that she's gone because God has a purpose for her...my 2 best friends lost their little sister when she was 5 to a horse accident and it turns out she left this world to be another child's Guardian Angel. The child had a picture of their sister and told them that that was their Guardian angel. Yes the pain of loosing one is very sad but she could be helping someone else.

Hornits are no joke. Dont they keep stinging? I know its easier said then done but you cant blame yourself or family. This situation would shock anyone into a frozen state. Know in your heart that she is safe now and watching over you. That should comfort you to no end. Im so sorry for you loss.

Accidents happen, it's not your fault. I really think that you would benefit from some counseling. Good luck and try not to feel the guilt. It was a tragedy but it is not your fault.

It is so hard to lose a child that young. I have not lost one myself but lost my 11yr old cousin! there is probably nothing you could do. When God calls someone home, then there is nothing you can do to change it. I suggest you pray, maybe get conseling, and get into a good church with a strong support group. Get down on your knees and talk with your savior! I will pray for you! God Bless!
