well my cousin is 20 and yesterday we were at a party and there was alot of drugs and beer and acholic drinks and im not sure if shes a legle or elegle please help she wants to know....♥♥

Umm, drugs are illegal regardless. Liquor is technically illegal, but seeing as how she's so close to 21 it probably would be overlooked.

Well, if you are looking strictly at legalities, either you are 21 or if you aren't then you are underage if the age of 21 applies to your jurisdiction with respect to the use of alcohol. Your cousin is not 21 until her birthday in 8 weeks, therefore, she is underage if she is living in a jurisdiction that requires users to be 21. But, I would say that it is a matter of "common sense". If she is at a private party and having a glass of wine or a drink, seems to me that this shouldn't be a problem. Drugs, on the other hand, are illegal in most places at any age.

Unless the drugs are legal then it's always going to be illegal to have them. Drinking is legal at 21 in the states and 19 in Canada.

It is never legal to do drugs. It is legal for alcohol depending on where you live. Most places it is 21, not 20 soon to be 21. Your cousin is playing with fire.

It is illegal to manufacture, sell, buy, possess, trade, abuse, use, transport, store, give, receive, have within your circle of control(same as possessing), ANY illegal drugs (those that you don't have a prescription issued to YOU for) at ANY TIME!!! It doesn't matter if you are one or a hundred and one years old!!
It is also illegal to possess, buy, sell, trade, transport, store, give, receive, have within your circle of control(same as possessing) the ingrediants, or precursors to manufacturing any of the above in amounts in excess of that required to be used for their legitimate purpose.
I think you know all the above, I think your cousin knows, and I think that the host and all the other people in attendance at the party know.
Which brings me to ask my question: Why are you asking?
All that you need to enjoy a peace-filled, happy, full and fulfilling life, God has already given you in your body, you need nothing more (unless, of course, you're ill and need legitimate prescription or over-the-counter medications on a temporary basis.)
We live in a drugged society, where it seems that everyone everywhere is doing something. It used to be that just being in good health and living life to it's fullest was enough of a turn on for most people. Now people want to cheat and try to get more of the things God never intended for you to have.
Have you guys ever taken a hard look and considered the people that are really messed up with drugs?? At one point in their lives they were just like you! If you keep playing around with dope, you're going to end up ruining your lives just like they have.
God has a law of sowing and reaping. You're not going to get around that by ignoring it or pretending it doesn't exist!
You need to do yourself, your family, your friends, AND the society you live in, a HUGE favor and:
1) Get off drugs. If you need help doing that, get that help,
2) Stay away from those that use, abuse, manufacture, etc. etc. them,
3) Get a circle of clean friends and get the rest of your friends off drugs,
4) Those of your friends and the people you know that WON'T get off drugs you need to turn in to the police.
It's YOUR future that you're messing up young people! You're only going to have the kind of life and country that you start to build RIGHT NOW!

21 - Legal to drink and buy alcohol
18 - Legal to smoke and buy cigarettes

drugs are illegal no matter what age you are....alcohol is illegal in many states if you are under 21...check your state laws....but i would advise to be careful with anything like drugs or alcohol no matter what age anyone is

its illegal and legal that your looking for, and yes its illegal for her. She can legaly drink at midnight on her 21st birthday, and she can do drugs when she visits Holland.
