THE LITERAL USE OF THE WORD MAN:

A man is a male human being.

Depending on the context the word is either used irrespective of age, or by opposition to boy (in its normal sense restricted to male minors) only for adult men.

In biological terms if you have hair on your nuts and your voice has stopped squeaking then quite possibly you are a man.

THE FIGURATIVE USE OF THE WORD MAN:
A man is a good and loving partner. Full of respect and understanding for those he loves and cares. A man is not perfect yet understands his mistakes and changes them; also knows when they cannot be changed.

A man is a role model to his children. A man teaches his children good morals and values.

A man is all the good things that a woman is. A man has a kind heart.

Sounds like you are old enough since you have voted. Sounds like you got the experience since you changed the gearbox and have children. The part that puzzles me is why ask the question? You should know for yourself. The fact that you have to ask others leads me to answer NO!

A sign in a very expensive shop in London, read that if you have to ASK the PRICE of something, then you probably could nt afford it.

I wonder, WHY you ask??? But I am glad you said FATHERED some children, it takes a MAN to be a REAL Daddy.
For their sake I do hope you find the right answer.

No, Those things don't make you a man. Providing economic and emotional support for your child makes you a man. Being a responsible person makes you a man.

We can say that we are man only when we will follow the style of nature i. e. is equal distribution of rights and duties. Only when we will think of our own duty towards all creatures. when we will share our heart and mind with others without keeping race, cast, religion and nationality in mind....

If you have a Y chromosome then you are a man. Even if you don't then you can still perceive/present yourself as male.

There is no such thing as a 'real' man; no man is more 'real' than any other.
