This could be a behavior problem. Is your cat mad at you???
This could be a litter box problem: Some cats hate clumping litter.
Litter pans need to be rotated (washed/sun dried) in and out and typically if you only have ONE pan, you should buy a new pan about every six months.
I'd say it could be a kidney problem, some cats will urinate in front of you frequently if there's a problem in that area - but if your cat also has bowel movements in front of the pan as well - this does not speak to a kidney infection.
Most likely your cat is either mad at you on these days, or is trying to tell you to clean or replace her current box. General rule of thumb - if you have ONE cat - you need two litter pans. If you have two cats, you need to have three litter pans and so on.
Good luck.
Also, keep your cat on a regular diet - brand jumping is not a good thing for their tummies.

when cat don't use bathroom that usually means the bathroom is not clean enough, or they are just not trained to do it in the bathroom. but if your cat don't do it for a month, then take her to the vet, there might be something wrong with her

Have you thoroughly cleaned out her litter box? Some cats don't like to use a dirty pan. Mine don't. If they used it only once they expected it to be cleaned, so I bought the electric self cleaning one.

i think your cat is angry because you don't clean the kitty box out enough. you need to clean it out at least two times a day.

this behavior is common if the litter is too nasty, or if too many cats are using it.
also, how far from the litter is her food/water source? if it is too close you will have these issues. feeding and water should be far far away from the litter
