I need step by step info on how to make my hair look cute when it is shoulder length and blonde. Don't tell me to color or dye it! No sill answers please!

I like the wavy look for blondes:
Wash your hair
While its wet divide it into sections (more sections for a thicker look)
Braid each section
Blow dry the braids (or let them dry on their own)
Un-do the braids one section at a time and spray with spritz or hair spray.
Now you have wavy stylish hair!

And my original thought was to say something sill(?) but I think I will be sillious! HA HA HA HA!
OK well I used to have hair like your 10 years ago and what i did was pull a little bit of the very front really tight and tie it under my hair, and then hairspray it then I would take the back and keep it strieght.. It is hard to explain but you are basically pulling tight about a 1/2 inch of hair in the front and spray it and make sure it is tied with a rubber band tight so it is kept away from the hair in the back, it looks really cool. Good Luck I am not sure if I explained it well enough.

If your hair is straight, try using a curling iron and then loosen the waves with your fingers to make them look like natural waves. If your hair is wavy try a straightening iron then some styling wax to give a sort of messy/beach hair texture.
Also - what looks really good on shoulder length hair is when you just pull back the front part with a bobby pin. Really sexy!

Put your hair into either a half ponytail or a full pony then take small sections and twist until they wind up on their own. bobby pin them around the holder. You can either tuck the ends in or put some product in to give them a punk/glam edge.. it's a great look and can be both dressy or just fun. beyond that get some hair gems to add for a change... zig zag parts... inside out pony tail... french braid (if you can do it yourself)...
Anything is possible... give yourself time to play with your hair.

Have you ever tried pulling the top half of your hair back into a ponytail, then pulling all of the hair that is left into a ponytail at the neck?

you will need 3 hair ties. first do a half ponytail on the tor half of you head, then part the bottem half into 2 parts , then braid the two bottem halfs into 2 braids that go over or behind your shoulder.

a really cute style i like is to curl your hair (if you don't like to curl your hair, that's fine- skip this step) then put it into a ponytail (preferably 'ouchlesses'- they aren't as visible) twist your ponytail into a clip and clip it into the back of your hair. i luv this style! it is easy and can be done in a few minutes!!
