I know from experience that stress can cause depression, migraines, and muscle problems (ake: back or shoulder aches). so I did some research and talked to some doctors about what I could do… and oddly enough (or maybe not) exercise is the best thing!

try a walking program: take a half hour stroll every evening in a non-stressful environment (running errands or walking around in a busy mall are not 'non-stressful'.) Basically the concept behind this is to give the body a chance to expend the stresses that are accumulating during the day. and exercise also releases endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, into the brain.
try it --- it works!

I go outside and yell at my appletree in the backyard. The apples get juicier that way and I calm down.
