Is their a pattern to when he dose this? If so then that will help you figure out what you need to do. Sense it is such a small dog you may not be able to do a lot. Some small breeds just pee unexpectantly.

Spend more time with the dog outside. Stop using the paper inside. She has the idea that it's ok to relieve herself in the house by you letting her use the paper.

Paper training is only for when they are really little but the best way to train a puppy is by taking it out. It is probably confused and thinks it's O.K. to go in the house due to the paper training. Take the paper out and then take your dog out to do it's business 20 minutes after it eats, drinks, and immediately after it wakes up.

if you want a trained and obedient dog, you better start training him young. Some years ago it was usual to wait until the puppy was one year old to start his training, because it was considered that before that age they were too young. The only thing they were taught not to do, was to poop in the house.

This would be like starting school at twenty years of age, adducing lack of maturity for learning. Kids would probably love this idea, but we all know it's not the right way. The most adequate age for learning is youth, though it's necessary to adapt lessons to the possibilities of a developing mind.

Housebreak it. Make your toy poodle understand it is not okay to pee inside the house. Dogs don't like to pee in their crate. Therefore, when they find the need to do it, they will whine and hit the cage door. Now, that is your signal. Immediately open the door for your dog to relieve itself. Be sure to reward your dog for that achievement. Your dog will get the message.

If by paper trained you mean paper INSIDE, then you have been allowing it to potty in the house and he thinks its acceptable.

Paper training makes no sense and usually leads to the dog thinking the house is his toilet. Now you need to start at the beginning as if he is a puppy.

Poodle have to go more than other dogs, they must go every 3 hours, every time they pee they poo.....
The best way to train your poodle is put him on the lead and start taking him out with your schedule and guard him on the lead while he's doing his things....for 2 months, he's must on the lead as all time, then you can let him off the lead and always remember your schedule and let him out, but you don't have to guard him anymore. (every time you take him out let him do it and go back in side, you let him know why he's out side and the meaning of going out side)
Poodle is smart and sweet dog, I love my toy poodle very much.
owner of 6 years toy poodle and I have 4.

Should you dont wish to cut something off lol then purchase a product with an enzyme eroder like Natures Miracle (choose it up at Pet wise or whatever) and pour it far and wide your feminine leaked. AND far and wide he went to mark! Pets will go where they went earlier than if they smell their possess scent. The enzyme eroder breaks this down in order that they cannot scent the place they went.

I find that when mine have done that it is because I have not taken them out at the same time I do all the time, or they are not feeling well. Sometimes the food they eat will make them go without waiting.....watch the dog when he/she does it and try to remember if the dog has had any change in his schedule or food intake.....
