does riding your bike only tone your legs? does it help any other parts of the body?

Not to mention it aids in digestion, relieves stress, raises your metabolism, and is very good for the environment! Very good aerobic exercise!

Any physical activity is good for you....reducing the risks of type 2 diabetes and cancer, as well as heart disease!

it is a great workout, but be carefull with biking, because it can really mess up your knees, if your looking for a more complex excersice try out swiming, and believe me those rumors about swiming that it makes your shoulders big, its all crap, swimmers excercice their shoulders to make them swim better, but if all you want to do is to tone your legs i advice you to keep biking, but if you start feeling troubles with your knees, then get in the pool

Yes it tones your legs and its good cardio to get rid of bodyfat.

It is good cardio vascular excise too. It can firm your but and maybe even the belly. You use more muscles than you think you do.
