I can, and I'm 74. I am also a competitive swimmer and won six gold medals last year at the World Master Games in paddling events. But so what? I think what is more important that what we can do personally, is how are we encouraging others our age to improve their levels of fitness. To that end, I volunteer as an aerobics instructor at three seniors' centeres. It's very gratifying to watch people make progress, especially when their initial reaction was, "I'm too old for all this..."

Nope. I'm 19, been a dancer all my life, and probably havn't been able to do it since I was, 7 or 8. (The dancing I do, has nothing to do with back flexibility. But rather back strength, same as riding my horses)
Congratulations to you!
