I am from Tajikistan and i want to get knowledge from USA university's. How can i study in university of USA without money. I want to be a programmist.

You need money to go to school in the United States. The only way to not spend money is to get scholarships. Contact the schools you are interested in going to or do an online search for some scholarship search engines.

Why exactly US, not other countries, actually in your case the best schools for computer programming is in Europe and near by you have got Russia, who won last world cup in computer programming among students of the world.
it is not about a place where you study, it is all about you.
Back in your country you might not be able to get that, but I am sure not far from it in Russian you can get it.

You can't. Most universities in the USA require that foreign nationals be able to put up $10,000 (U.S. dollars) bond to be able to study. This is for LIVING EXPENSES, not tuition. I suggest you find a company to sponsor you.
