Apologise with a smile, don't make a big thing out of, and carry on with conversation. If she acts disgusts or shocked then dump her, 99% of the population fart, it's a natural bodily function.

Ive been on a first when the girl had accidentally farted she went bright red and pretended it never happened!! we were play fighting on the couch when boooom it happened !! i was like **** was that wot i think it was and then i looked at her face and it was obvious!! i felt embarrassed for her!!
