Water.

Sports drinks have so many calories and sugars in them that they are usually counter productive. You really don't need them unless you are out in the sun, and sweating a whole lot.

You will feel much better for ditching anything and everything with sugar in it, and just drinking water. Your body will not crash, and if you do get lightheaded (and not just from the sugar/caffiene withdrawl), try eating slices of orange, or a banana.

Isotonic drink is good. You can make your own isotonic drink.
200ml of orange squash (concentrated orange), 1 litre of water and a pinch of salt (1g). Mix all the ingredients together and keep chilled

mother's milk? nothing beats mama's original joy juice. you've forgotten now that you are old probably but try getting back to basics and get mama's milk!
