i answer questions all the time asking i they are pregnate and im not sure why you would do and tell about sex its nasty....so why do people do that?do you feel the same way?

It's all an issue of maturity and development. When I was 13 I had absolutely zero interest in having sex with girls. It just wasn't even on my radar. I thought they were cute, I had my crushes and all that but had no interest in getting anyone naked aside for possibly the curiosity aspect. I had other friends my age that were totally fascinated with sex and tried to get it anywhere they could. A lot of girls my age had no interest and thought it was nasty but there were a few that were totally in to it. As time progressed and we got older the number of us that thought it was nasty and had no interest in sex decreased and the number of us that started having sex increased just because of natural progression and development.
It's biological and part of human nature to get the desire to have sex in your teen years. Between 16 and 25 is when we are most fertile and biologically that's when our bodies are naturally programmed to start having sex. So it's not so much of a cultural thing as it is just a natrual part of our humanity. When your hormones start kicking into gear the desire to have sex will increase just like it does to all of us.

Well it's not a matter of being cool is why teens are doing it..One is because one sex is everywhere, no one is properly teaching these kids about sex..and no teaching them to say no is not the correct way..Sex is a beautiful thing and there should be no shame in that..I know some parents don't get in depth about sex, oral also..but its important that you as parents teach your children so that no one else can or they'll be curious to know.. They see there friends doing it, and getting attention from boys...So they want to do it too, Kids now a days don't do it to be cool they do it because this is what our society is providing our children with, this is the norm and if you dont talk to your kids everything even if it makes you embarrsed but truth of the matter is you teach than another teaching your child then STD'S play into effect... When were young we think we're untouchable, take them to HIV Clinic and show them peers there own age what these STD'S do to their body...

You stated it, because it is "cool" to have sex when you are young. They have been informed about the dangers of it, but they don't care about the risks. When you are a teenager, you think you are "immortal" and won't get hurt or hurt someone else. They are too immature to know what they are actually doing.

because of the same reason that it is bad and not legal to have sex at a young age young people like to have danger the thought of being caught and doing something that isint right makes them want to do it and its also peer pressure they are driven by their peers and think that way they will be popular

It's the culture and society that we live in nowadays. Where commercialism has encouraged and idolized sex, and where tabloids and talk shows have broken down the private nature of peoples' lives.

people are physically ready for sex way before society says its ok for them to actually have sex

Because they hear all the "cool and popular" kids doing it and they want to too. They see it everywhere and are curious and wonder if it's fun. They think if this person is doing it, it must be cool.

Some do it because they think they are in love. Others because they do think it is cool, especially to have a lot of different partners. They are too immature to see that it is better to wait and have ONE partner that they love and that loves them and respects them.

Our culture has sexualized children, and children do what they see.
It's unfortunate that more parents don't realize that they can help stop this by being a better influence on their children and not letting 'pop culture' control what their child thinks.
